JEFF JORDAN
 Chief Executive Officer and Board Member

Jeff Jordan is the Founder and CEO of SlotCycle, LLC. He brings over 25 years of experience in the gaming industry. Jeff has served in the industry as a consultant and as an executive. He has participated in over 30 consulting engagements, serving many clients, from startups to multi-billion-dollar firms.

He is sought after for his vast knowledge and expertise in product management, business development, and finance. Jeff has worked with some of the best brands in gaming, such as MGM Resorts International, IGT, Aristocrat, and PlayStudios. He has vast experience in casino operations, slot machine development, casino management systems, social casinos, and skill gaming.

Jeff holds an EMBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, emphasizing Managerial Finance. For fun, Jeff enjoys spending time with his daughter and outdoor activities:  hiking, snowboarding, and mountain bike riding. 

SHANE Hartigan
Chief Operating Officer

Shane Hartigan, with more than 18 years of gaming industry experience spanning both the secondary and OEM markets, Shane brings a uniquely comprehensive operational perspective rarely found in the industry. Having led large-scale, high-volume refurbishment and resale operations in the global secondary market, while also driving enterprise-level operational transformation within an OEM environment, he possesses a rare blend of commercial insight, manufacturing discipline, and strategic execution that directly translates into operational excellence, scalability, and sustainable growth.

During his tenure in the secondary machine market, Shane held senior leadership roles with one of the largest used gaming machine companies in the world, overseeing operations that produced and refurbished more than 10,000 machines annually. These operations supported customers across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, providing him with deep exposure to high-volume production environments, global logistics, complex inventory management, and international customer support at scale.

In his OEM experience with Aruze Gaming America, Shane led a comprehensive transformation of the company’s operational structure and processes. This included redesigning end-to-end workflows, rebuilding operational teams, and successfully planning and executing the consolidation of three legacy Las Vegas facilities into a single, modernized headquarters. This initiative significantly improved efficiency, communication, quality control, and cost management while establishing a scalable platform for future growth.

Across both environments, Shane has developed deep expertise in purchasing, operations, machine refurbishment, and inventory management, supported by long-established relationships with key customers and suppliers. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for aligning operational execution with strategic objectives, driving continuous improvement, and building high-performance teams that consistently deliver measurable business results.

LIBBY A. LAMM
Chief Financial Officer

Libby Lamm is an accomplished financial executive with over two decades of leadership experience guiding companies in the gaming, technology, and manufacturing sectors through growth, transformation, and capital events. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of SlotCycle, where she oversees financial strategy, reporting, and operational finance while supporting the company’s continued expansion and market leadership.

Prior to her work with SlotCycle, Libby served as Chief Financial Officer of several gaming manufacturers, where she led global finance, investor relations, and treasury functions and played a key role in a $35 million capital raise. Her earlier leadership roles included CFO positions at Walker Digital Table Systems, DEQ Systems Corp and Red Lake Ventures, as well as Director of Finance at Konami Gaming, where she managed global compliance initiatives and major accounting standard implementations. She began her career in senior finance roles within publicly traded gaming manufacturers, building deep expertise in international reporting, SOX compliance, and multi-jurisdictional operations.

Libby is a member of the Financial Executives International, Financial Executives Networking Group, Global Gaming Women and Women in Sports Events. She also serves on community and nonprofit boards, including The Las Vegas Bowl Huddle, where she is Co-Chair of the VIP Hospitality Committee, and previously served as Treasurer for Nasri Academy for Gifted Children.

She is happily married with three adult children and enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach.

Ramiro Salazar
Vice President, Latin America – Gaming Industry Executive

Ramiro Salazar is an accomplished senior executive with over 18 years of leadership experience across sales, operations, and strategy in the Latin American gaming industry. He has held key roles at top-tier companies including Bally Technologies, Scientific Games, and Light & Wonder, consistently driving regional growth and operational excellence.

Most recently, Ramiro served as Vice President for Latin America at Light & Wonder, where he led revenue-generating initiatives across games, systems, and utilities. Under his leadership, the region exceeded annual targets and secured multi-year contracts. He also played a key role in strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and team development, earning multiple recognitions.

A proven strategist and team builder, Ramiro has restructured operations, negotiated long-term recurring revenue deals, optimized sales cycles, and executed cross-border partnerships. His ability to navigate complex markets and align regional performance with global objectives has been instrumental in achieving sustained growth. Ramiro holds an MBA and a B.S. in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is recognized for his collaborative leadership, and deep understanding of the Latin American market.

RICHARD CASTO
Vice President, Compliance

Richard Casto currently serves as Head of Compliance and is one of the co-founders of SlotCycle. He served 25 years in law enforcement capacities, including Senior Agent with the Nevada Gaming Control Board, and as United States Special Marshall appointed to the Las Vegas FBI Organized Crime Task Force. Mr. Casto was appointed as Director of International Compliance for IGT, where he served for over 10 years and later served 5 years with Caesar’s Entertainment. During both career opportunities, he was appointed as the companies Compliance Advisor to their Compliance Committees, where he made recommendations to the Compliance Committees, as well as the Board of Directors. His broad knowledge of both domestic and international gaming regulations has led to a successful career with both international gaming companies and a reputation of integrity with regulators worldwide. Mr. Casto holds a Bachelor of Science in degree in Police Sciences.

Scott Barber
Board Member

Scott currently serves as the CEO of EBCI Holdings, LLC and an investor in SlotCycle, LLC. As CEO of EBCI Holdings, Scott led the effort to create, stand-up and oversee the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI) commercial gaming and hospitality company. He also, created a strategic vision, business plan, acquisition strategy, corporate structure and an independent Board of Directors to develop and grow a regional gaming and hospitality company for the Cherokee Tribe.

His prior positions include Regional Vice President for Caesars Entertainment where he managed 6 casinos in 5 jurisdictions. Other previous positions include Senior Vice President and General Manager of Harrah’s Atlantic City, Assistant General Manager and VP of Operations for Horseshoe and Harrah’s Iowa, and Vice President of Marketing for Harrah’s Cherokee

Scott is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

MICHAEL SNYDER
Board Member

Michael Snyder currently serves on the board for Slotcycle, LLC. He started his gaming career in Reno, Nevada, in 1984 and is a 38-year gaming industry veteran. His early career revolved around providing electronic table games, sign technology, and Keno equipment worldwide in markets like the U.S., Australia, and Asia.

Mr. Snyder’s previous roles include Midwest General Manager for Casino Data Systems, later Aristocrat, where he served as General Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. While at Aristocrat, Mr. Snyder and his team opened several markets and successfully created a considerable demand for Aristocrat products in Latin America. He has also owned, operated, or participated in Ecuador, Peru, Columbia, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Cost Rica, where he built and maintained meaningful relationships with many Latin American market leaders. Other successes include assisting Aruze Gaming Americas in successfully building the Latin American market.

During his business career, he has built several ‘startup’ companies inside and outside the gaming industry. In addition to his gaming career, Mr. Snyder served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force/Air National Guard, where he was decorated for his service during the first Gulf War.

CHASE EASTERLING
Advisor

Chase, SlotCycle’s Advisor, has extensive knowledge and experience serving customers in the Secondary Market. With over 15 years of expertise, he possesses an unparalleled understanding of market dynamics, customer demands, and slot machines, including international and wholesale sales.

Chase's career began at East Coast Slots, where he gained sales experience and built a customer network through old-school cold calling. He then joined Elite Gaming as a partner, where he further developed his product knowledge and operational skills as the company president. After his partner's passing, Chase founded Pinnacle Slot Company before meeting Jeff Jordan, who sparked his interest in SlotCycle's early vision. Seeing an opportunity to revolutionize the secondary market, Chase joined the team and has been instrumental in turning the vision into reality.

Chase earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Arkansas and enjoys hobbies such as boating, mountain biking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
